We helped 75+ brands generate $1.56M+ in revenue. Average ROI: 240% in Year 1

Designed and built a complete custom-printed apparel ecommerce store — product pages, 6-step bundle customizer, pricing logic, checkout flow, and mobile-first CRO. All from a blank Shopify install.
Ez Print Pros is a Chicago-based custom apparel printing brand offering DTF-printed t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies in bulk bundles. They needed a complete Shopify store built from scratch — not just a theme install, but a fully custom ecommerce experience. The core challenge: their product is complex. Customers choose a garment type, pick bundle sizes (12, 25, 50, or 100 pieces), select 1-side or 2-side printing, upload artwork, and distribute sizes and colors across the order. No off-the-shelf Shopify theme handles this flow. The brand needed to compete with established players like Ninja Transfers and Transfer Kingdom — but with a simpler, cleaner buying experience that makes the ordering process feel easy instead of overwhelming.
Designed the full site structure: homepage with social proof and category cards, collection page with transparent pricing tables, individual product pages for all 3 garment types (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies), sample order pages, cart, checkout, and order confirmation — every page CRO-optimized before a single line of code was written.
Built a custom multi-step order flow: (1) Choose garment type → (2) Select print sides (1-side base price, 2-side extra) → (3) Upload artwork with 300 DPI requirement and design fix fee warning → (4) Distribute sizes across the bundle → (5) Pick colors → (6) Review full order with itemized pricing. Progress bar, back/forward navigation, and auto-calculated pricing at every step.
Implemented tier-based pricing that adjusts in real-time based on garment type, bundle quantity, and print sides. T-shirts from $4.50/pc (100pc, 1-side) to $12.50/pc (12pc, 2-side). Sweatshirts from $8/pc to $16/pc. Hoodies from $10/pc to $18/pc. All visible in comparison tables on the collection page — no hidden fees, no calculator needed.
Each garment type got its own dedicated product page with: tier pricing selector, print side toggle, full product descriptions written around customer outcomes (not fabric specs), application instructions, care guide, and related products. Everything a buyer needs to make a decision without leaving the page.
Entire store designed mobile-first — 70%+ of traffic expected from mobile. Sticky ATC buttons, thumb-friendly tap targets (44px minimum), collapsible sections to reduce scroll fatigue, and a streamlined checkout with minimal form fields. Cart page shows clear line items with the ability to modify before checkout.
Analyzed 10+ DTF competitors' ordering flows. Found that most competitors make ordering complex — multiple pages, unclear pricing, and confusing size distribution. We built the opposite: one linear flow, pricing visible at every step, and a review screen that shows exactly what you're getting before you pay.

Most competitors in the custom printing space make ordering feel like filling out a tax form. We built the opposite — a linear, guided flow where the customer always knows where they are, what they're paying, and what happens next. The 6-step customizer treats the ordering process like a product experience, not a form submission. That's the difference between a website that gets traffic and one that gets orders.
