The situation

TrashedPunk is a psychedelic streetwear brand launching into the US market with zero brand awareness, no customer base, and no ad data. The founder had bold designs and creative vision but needed a structured go-to-market system — not "run some ads and see what happens."

What we did

Brand Positioning & Messaging Architecture

Developed core positioning: "Neon Therapy — We don't sell hype, we sell love that lasts." Built 6 distinct messaging angles (Age-Inclusive, Confidence, Community, Features, Humor, Authenticity), each targeting a different purchase motivation for structured testing.

Full Creative Strategy & Production

Designed 10 UGC video concepts with full scripts and shot direction, plus 8 static ad variations. Every asset mapped to a specific angle for clean single-variable testing. Built ad naming convention for organized tracking.

Meta Ads Launch Framework

Week 1–3 testing roadmap: launch 5 → kill 2 → add 3. Three primary text versions across hook types (Curiosity, Direct Offer, Us vs. Them) with 40+ headline variations. All built for a brand-new ad account with zero historical data.

Clarity-Validated CRO Wireframe

After first week of ads, analyzed user behavior through Microsoft Clarity — sessions, heatmaps, scroll depth. Built CRO wireframe for 5 pages (PDP, homepage, collections, cart, implementation guide) designed around Shopify Flux 2.1.1 constraints and mobile-first (74% mobile traffic).
